Pimples occur on various parts of the body like the face, ears, nose, chest, forehead, butt, genitals, back, and neck. However, from among the body parts it is usually the face particularly the T zone where acne usually appears.

The T zone is comprised of the forehead, nose and the area around the mouth including the chin. These T zone areas contain a higher percentage of oil glands, which makes them the ideal place for pimples.

Forehead pimples are ugly to look at and are very annoying especially when you sweat a lot since the zits often feel itchy. Aside from that, once you began sweating you would always want to wipe it dry. The only problem with it is that you often wipe real hard that your forehead pimples pop out leaving deep hole-like scars on your forehead. This problem is also encountered most often by people who also suffer from severe neck pimples.

How to control forehead pimples?
Since forehead pimples are situated in the T zone of your face expect for it to keep on reappearing. But you can control it by managing the skin condition in your T zone area. Here’s how:

1.    Keep you hands and your hair off your forehead since these bring extra oil and dirt, which tend to clog the pores.
2.    Apply a facial astringent on your face particularly the forehead to remove any excess oil.  However be careful not to rub too hard or you will popped your forehead pimples, leaving your face with ugly holes.
3.    Apply shampoo on your hair when you take a bath to remove the excess oil on them. This way whenever your hair would come in contact with your forehead it will not bring oil with it.
4.    Make use of a liquid or soap bar containing AHAS or salicylic acid or benzoil peroxide to lessen the oil in your forehead.
5.    Put creams containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide on your forehead pimples. Dab enough cream on your pimples or as prescribed by your dermatologist.
6.    If you are to use powder, make sure that you choose a matte-style absorbent powder to help remove excess oil from your forehead.
7.    Refrain from staying in areas like your kitchen especially when someone is frying something since the oil may get on your face. You don’t need extra oil on your face since its will only worsen your pimples.
8.    Never, ever picked on your pimples since you will only irritate and infect the pimples with your fingernails.
9.    Before going to bed at night apply a drying spot-treatment solution on your pimples.
10.    Too much sun is also bad for your pimple-infested forehead apply sunscreen whenever you go out.

Don’t believe all those pimple-removing ads saying that they can provide solution to all types of pimple problem. Remember there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution to removing pimples because different people have different skin types.
